Codex Beauty Bia Collection
The Publicity Loft were asked to launch Codex Beauty into the Irish market by producing a visually beautiful event while also educating the press and influencers invited on this new and exciting brand.
There were key focuses on Codex Beauty’s beginning and how it began as a small Irish company which has now become part of a global collective, their commitment to sustainability and ethical sourcing of ingredients and the scientific background of both Codex Beauty’s CEO and Bia founder. Their CEO and Bia founder met with a handful of top Irish press for one to one interviews this was followed by an intimate dinner held in a stunning setting with 20 top press and wellness influencers. Well known beauty editor and presenter Melanie Morris interviewed the CEO and Bia founder allowing attendees to ask questions throughout. The room was decorated with wild Irish flowers which were placed along the centre of the dinner table and on the window ledge. A photographic backdrop was created inspired by a wild flower garden trellis featuring the Codex logo symbol. Easels were placed around the room featuring Codex Beauty marketing imagery with the Codex Beauty hashtag. Each place setting had a branded menu printed on seeded paper, place name and gift bag. Test tubes, beakers and flasks contained some of the ingredients used in the Bia collection. Each guest received a rosemary cocktail on arrival, a nod to the ingredients contained in Bia products. Plinths were covered in moss with the collection placed upon them, there were collections dotted along the table so guests could try and test the products throughout the night. iPads were also handed out so guests could look at the Codex Beauty presentation and Tracey’s video at their leisure throughout the evening.
